Sarah Hayley Orrantia
Sarah Hayley Orrantia (born February 21st, 1994) is an American actress, singer and songwriter. Her most well-known role is the role of Erica Goldberg in the ABC comedy show The Goldbergs. She was a member Lakoda Rayne. This group of country pop girls was formed by Paula Abdul during The X Factor's inaugural season. In 2015 her debut single "Love Sick," was released. In May of 2019 her debut EP The Way Out was released. Orrantia began singing when she was nine years old , and started professional training at the age of twelve. Her first song was hers when she was 13. At age 13 she composed her first cover song. She also began writing songs with Jamie Houston, a songwriter famous for her hit songs for the Disney High School Musical movies. Orrantia auditioned in the summer of 2011 on The X Factor. Orrantia was selected based upon a YouTube video submission. She got four "yes!" votes from the judges during an live audition stage in Seattle. She auditioned originally as an individual artist. But during Hollywood Week, Orrantia and three other female performers were put together for the rest of the auditions. They were eliminated in the fifth week of the live shows.
