Lara Logan
Lara Logan was born 29 March 1971. She is a South African journalist, radio and television journalist. She was an CBS News journalist from 2002 until 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually incorrect and politically biased report about the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack "the greatest mistake in my 10-year-old's watch." In 2019, she joined Sinclair Broadcast Group, which is a conservative media company. In January 2020 she joined Fox Nation, a subscription streaming service run by Fox News. She stated she was "dumpedby the company in March 2022. Logan worked as news reporter for the Sunday Tribune in Durban during her studies (1988-1989) and later for the city's Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992, she was a senior producer at Reuters Television Africa. After four year then, she switched to freelance journalism. The assignments included a reporter/editor/producer with ITN, Fox/SKY News in London, CBS News, ABC News in London, NBC, NBC and European Broadcasting Union. CNN covered the events that took place in the Northern Ireland and Kosovo wars.
